About

The company’s story began when Dr. Andrew Stotz, CFA decided to break out of corporate life and with 20 years of experience starting his own business in the financial services space. Together with his business partner Sornsak Kongcharoenpanich, a former senior VP at Maybank Kim Eng Securities, they founded A. Stotz Investment Research (ASIR). What makes the company special is the blend of immense knowledge the two founders have together with agility and breadth of analysis not present in big, but slow financial corporations. It’s what gives us—and our clients—the edge in investing in stocks across Asia.
